After hundreds of irate customers, we have decided to take action against fraudulent companies offering “Free Trials” on the internet.  It is beyond frustrating operating a legitimate company with quality products while there are many others on the internet that are anything but!  The US Attorney General is now moving to shut them down.  To begin, Wu-Yi Tea Company is in no way affiliated with Wu-Yi Source or Easy Weight Loss Tea or Living Lean, one of the companies offering a free trial. Many consumers are calling us thinking we have involvement in Wu-Yi Source/Living Lean which is destroying our good name and the value of our products.
 
If you have been defrauded by this company or any other company offer a “free” trial you need to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at:

Consumer warning: Do not buy from companies offering a “Free Trial” for products on the internet.  Thousands of unassuming consumers are defrauded daily by companies offering free trials.  They are not free at all!  Read closely the terms and conditions!  You will be billed over and over and then most likely not be able to get a hold of anyone to cancel your order.  Once this free trial is up they have your credit card information and can charge your card at any time.  If this happens to you please contact your State Attorney General’s office and the Better Business Bureau and report the company immediately. You should also inform your credit card company of the fraudulent charges and demand a chargeback.  If the charge was not authorized you are entitled to a refund for that fraudulent charge!  Do not let them get away with it!
